Projectivity has various resource management functionalities
allowing the optimisation of time, performance and projects. These functionalities allow
you to:
- Verify the workload of every resource available
- Verify which other projects are allocated to every resource
- Be automatically notified when your are assigned to a new task
- Verify if a task is running late
Projectivity allows the
management of resources based on role and context. This allows every
resources to have a different view of Projectivity, based on its role(each role has a corresponding
set of permissions valid throughout thesystem) and context. A user can therefore have
different roles in different projects.
